I moved in when the sophisticated and friendly ladies ran the place. They got transfered with in the company and the complex went to crap. poor customer service, lack of knowledge, dry rude personalities. The Corperate office needs to fire them. I p[aid over a grand to break my lease I was so misserable. Water pressure was non existant, I could have spit and gotten myself wetter. comlained over a dozen times and got no change. Rude, overpriced, STAY AWAY!

You had "non existant" water pressure and NOW that there are new people in the office it bothers you? That doesn't make since. From my experience the previous management didn't do much at all so you must have been a favorite if they were attentive to your needs. I have low water pressure too but that's to be expected considering the building is old!

When I lived there back in 2000, they shut the water off during the day for almost an entire week. We were asked not to use the showers while they did some repair work on the sewer pipes. I had to shower in the club house..

The Anonymous response dated 3/12/07 appears to be the same writer who responded on 8/2/07 on another complaint. Both comments had bad spelling and an air of defending the building. The writer is most likely an employee of the property. The tone of the majority of comments is clear - this property has lots of problems. You would be better served not renting from a building owned &/or managed by HSC Real Estate Inc. (WA, OR, ID, CA, NV, MT).
