I have lived in Parkridge for 2 years, and it has been very quiet & pleasant. The current managers are very polite, and always act right away when an issue is reported. Great price for a great location. Most apartments in Mountain Park are very closed in, Parkridge has a very open feel in the exterior, and are well priced for such a nice community.

There will always be negative experiences with any location, but so far in my 2 years here it has been nothing but positive.

It is somewhat pricy, but it is actually lower than most apartment complexes in Mountain Park. The neighborhood is EXTREMELY Safe and grounds well kept, so you get what you pay for. In reality, I think it is affordably priced when you consider the neighborhood you are in.

A In my opinion.

I agree, I have been here at Parkridge {b} for three years now and love it, remember the building is 39 years old so there are going to be a few things that you will have to put up with. I am told the staff is working on the water issues as I write this. There is one guy on the maintenance staff that really sucks though, needs to speak english!
