I live here at parkridge in the B building and I love it but hate the rude office staff, the only issue I have is with the water getting turned off all the time,and the pool area is full of beer bottles and trash left by smokers, forget the hot tub as it never works or is dirty and loud at night after hours, so forget about sleep! I have to realize they are fixing things around here . I happen to have friends in the A building who feel the same. maintenance is very poor here and there is no maintenance patrol after hours at the pool.

Trudat. I lived there for six years and almost every night cars full of people would drive in from somewhere else and use our hot tub and pool. It's a joke they have a keycard sensor on that gate - all you have to do is hop over the fence to get in. It's disgusting. The managers don't give a crap - they say, "We're working on it." Same thing they say about the mountains of dog poop.
