I've been here a while, and have seen maintainance and office staff come and go. Everyone for the most part are kind and helpful. I have had to have a few repairs in my apartment usually my problem is resolved quickly. However there is one staff member that just really seems not to know what he is doing, he is a hispanic guy with whom it is very difficult to communicate with. I try to avoid having him do any repairs in my apartment. I had to go into the office and inform them I don't wish to have him in my apartment. I do love the area, and the ease of being able to walk to get coffee or go to the store, or walk along the trails.

I'm using this space to write a response to another review because I've used up my "one response" to all the other reviews. That reviewer defended the managers' lack of concern about the COPIOUS dog feces by saying that it's the responsibility of the dog walkers to pick it up. OF COURSE IT'S THE DOG WALKERS' RESPONSIBILITY, BUT IT FALLS TO THE PEOPLE WHO PROFIT FROM OUR RESIDENCE TO DO IT WHEN THE INEPT DOG WALKERS WON'T! THAT'S IMPLICIT IN OUR CONTRACTS - WE PAY FOR THE ONGOING MAINTENANCE, SAFETY, AND HEALTHINESS OF THE PROPERTY WITH OUR RENT CHECKS. WE DON'T OWN THE PROPERTY - WE RENT THE PROPERTY THAT IS NECESSARILY MAINTAINED BY THE OWNER, THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY GET PAID TO DO IT. THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE - IT'S FECES SCIENCE. IT'S THEIR *&%$@#^! JOB!
