beware of toxic building

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
tried recently to buy one of the condos only to discover all buidings are toxic with sewage leaks and siding leaks, mold etc etc.
they have tried to keep this quiet but it is bad enough to be having a 13 million dollar law suit with the builder...does that sound like a small problem' If you have immune systems problems do not rent there.

go to the tanglewood association website to view the lawsuit.
