These units can be nice and have great views but quality of life is very much determined by your neighbors. The units have no sound deadening so you can hear every footstep, every TV, every door sliding open and closed. If you have children above you, you will have no peace nor quiet but a hellish experience. Make sure you obtain a unit on the top floor! The walls of sliding doors are the original single pane doors from decades ago and the building is not insulated so winters are very cold and summers warm. The units have noisy, wall mounted heaters that sound like hair dryers. T
