I have been living at Alderwood for several
years. You should be aware that this is 70's
construction. This means $$$ in heating bills (we pay 200-300 per month during the
winter months). The management is terrible,
they keep rotating them. Parking is something else altogether, there is very little of it and if a visitor gets towed, you're looking at $250.00 dollars (ask them if you don't believe me). This is the only place that accepts big pets in the area. If you have a big dog, this is the only place
that'll take you. Finally, if it snows,
you're stuck. The place is very steep, and
impossible to navigate.
Would not recommend at all.
