IT"S STILL A PIG! I'm a current resident here at the bluffs, I've been disrupted the last 5 months due to the contstant construction. BUT do not be fooled i've been whatching these so called "re-modeling" jobs. not actually fixing some of the real problems! The parking lot here is terrible! some places the drive slopes at a 45 degree angle... i actually watch a delivery truck get stuck because his rear bumper got stuck on the assphault. in the last 4 months we've had three different manegment companies (I expect a 4th to come, i'm sure the new owner will want to sell before this place falls apart) and i can tell you our current manager would have ranked 3rd on my list. There is just something about him that makes you feel like everything that comes out of his mouth is either a lie or completely faked and forced. The one saving grace is the setting. the natural wooded areas make you feel as if your in the wilderness while only being 2 miles from I-5! However there are much nicer places in that same area!
