We lived here for a year and experienced at least 3 changes in office staff. The last were the absolute worst - actually insulting us for making legitimate complaints. Our deck was deemed unsafe prior to move-in and though we were told it would be fixed, it never was, despite multiple complaints. The apartments are old and the carpet is dirty and worn. The paint job on the outside was poorly done and in a fairly ugly color. The rent was pretty good when we got there, but was raised much higher before we left. Parking was sometimes a problem, but overall wasn't bad. The walls were fairly thick so noise was never much of a problem.

We made a list of needed repairs on move-in and almost none were completed. We had to threaten legal action to get anything accomplished. Save yourself a headache and find something else. This is a bad apple in an otherwise great area.
