If you need space and don't care about quality...

Lots of square footage but:
Grounds are messy and poorly maintained, BILLIONS OF SPIDERS everywhere in summer, parking is a joke. Garbage dumpster space totally inadequate. Nasty steep stairs w/poor lighting. Tiny, dirty garages w/no electricity.
Interiors are very dated, ugly, poorly maintained (holes in doors covered with contact paper, loose drawer fronts nailed back on). Very uneven, squeaky floors; cheap, dated cabinetry and trim, bathrooms are a nightmare. Inadequate/poorly located switches and outlets (none near stairs, so how do you vacuum').
Management is okay (the on site mgrs) but watch out for "surprise" increases from the propery mgmt company (Oh, by the way you're now paying for the water...).
Overall dirty, depressing and definitely DOES NOT MEET their own description of "luxury apartments". 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
