I've been living at The Gables for over 2 years now. Not sure how Tanya's court thing went for stealing money from there, but in the time I've been there, I have *never* found any tenant that had anything positive to say about her.

The new people seem ok, but haven't had too much interaction with them as yet. I've no idea what the last person was talking about re: great changes. Nothing has changed, still a pain getting parking if you don't have a space, no new paint, the spa is broken again and has been for a few days now.

As far as safty, I know of several car break-in's, though nothing in the last 6 months or so. The one woman I know of that died in one of the appartments, took her own life.

That said, the views are great, and the renters are generally nice and considerate to neighbors though, so I may stay where I'm at as I have the best place there for view (3rd level) and am well away from the streets, so my place is quiet (although a number of others are not very quiet at all).
