I recently moved and my stay was good. I got service from maintenance when I requested it. I have lived at several Mt Park complexes and this one by far was the best. Great views and my apartment was huge. The best bang for your buck in Mt Park! Parking could be a challenge for guests but residents can get a carport- So no worries. Staff changed but doesn't it everywhere and it seemed like the changes were for the best. At least they recognized it needed to change. If I was staying in Oregon I would have stayed at The Gables.
