I lived here for two years and I would say overall it was positive. I had a third floor unit and I paid for parking so I never endured many of the annoyances of apartment dwelling. Although the bug problem can be a bit overwhelming. Their contracted exterminators aren't very effective. But if you choose to live in a very wooded area such as Mtn Park, you should be very prepared for some critter issues.

Management turnaround seemed to be constant, but I will say the people in there at the time I moved out were excellent. I got my deposit back and they handled the apartment fire situation very well. I lived in the H building where the fire occured. From the horrid shenanigans of Tanya (money laudering--she was caught and fired), to the do nothing of the woman after her it was nice to have a couple of gals who seemed (from all appearances) to care.

Great neighborhood, nice rec center (but I hear that they are going to close the Olympic size pool at the center) and good views from balconies.

I would agree and disagree about the above comments. I think the current management is a joke, but the woman who was let go about a year ago (Melinda, I believe) was wonderful. She was responsive to our needs, and we never had to look for her, or ask twice to have something done. The new person seems nice, but I think they made a real mistake getting rid of her. Melinda was the person we called during the fire referenced above, because we couldn't get a hold of the new manager. MELINDA, who no longer worked there, came out to comfort us, and arrived BEFORE any of the current staff. I am moving next month, and will miss the apartments, but certainly don't believe that the new management is fantastic by any means.

I hate the management here. Before they left the door that has a sign of spar& Pool open during office hours and off office hours, 7 days a week. All summer, they opened the hot spa,but in winter, they closed the place too often. I think the current management is a joke and a freak. She is either on vacation or here in and out about 4 times a day when she is working. Otherwise, she is almost always on the phone and yes they never returned your call in a prompt way.
