This place appears to have it all, but behind the smoke and mirrors, it's an old building with many many problems! I endured the following list of things (in only a year's span): no hot water for two weeks, an aggressive ant and beetle problem, on site construction/other tenant's guest hit my car, light fixtures falling out, my sliding glass door leaked for a month (and it's still not fixed!), and cars parked in public spaces are parked for MONTHS on end! It's been one nightmare after the next here! Staff does not return calls, nor do they care about the people living here. This is not a place you are going to want to come home to. This is my warning to you!!!
