Wow, after reading all of these reviews, I am happy to say I never read them prior to making my decision to move here. I love it here. Yes, they could use some remodeling and the bugs are not fun, but...it is just little ants I see usually, and other then that, things are great! Large living spaces, walk in closets, washer and dryer in each unit. I love the staff - they are responsive and friendly. The views, if you have an apartment with one, are GORGEOUS! It is close to Portland and Lake Oswego, but far enough away to feel like you are somewhere else - quiet, peaceful and friendly. I love coming home and watching the sun set and seeing friendly faces around my apartment complex. The pool is clean and ready for use, and they just got some brand new patio equipment! I love it here and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to downtown but not right in the middle of it.
