Overall, it's a decent place to live. The complex is centrally located and the area is safe and clean. The apartments are fairly quiet, my neighbors are really nice and the grounds are well maintained. The issues I have are with the out of date kitchens and bathrooms and the difficulty in finding a parking spot. My kitchen, for example, appears to have been put together with a staple gun. It's ugly, small, and has a serious ant problem. Parking is horrible, and to have a designated parking spot will set you back at least $20 a month. The apartment management team must also be really good friends with the local towing company as I've seen a number of residents have their cars towed away due to lack of parking. Ok...for what I pay it's a total ripoff! But at least I'm close to work...
