Don't let them have you focus on the "view" or address or no pool Rec Center--- there is constant noise, parties/fights/yelling every night, barking dogs, toilets that take 5 flushes to clear and YOU have to pay for water, second hand smoke of all kinds, loud cars going in and out at all hours of night, paper thin walls/floors/ceilings, garbage left around by tenants, ants and bugs in apartments that don't go away, cheap carpet/building materials/appliances, air leaks around every door & window, old dated cabinets---yet high $$$$$ rent, pay for parking, pay for water/garbage, when it snows nothing done to hilly parking lots so you are stuckand frequently changing managers who just give every excuse in the book ----NOT worth the view--at night 'valley view' is dark and not much to see anyway, so living IN the apartment is all that counts.
