They will eat your deposits. They will not let you go in together to review while they do the paper work for the tenants leave form.

If you are the one like to have very little refund back. Do move to Gable. They will make excuses for not refund your deposits fast.

It is very cold; the room is still cold even you turn the heater on high. If you use the heater daily. Your electricity bill is over 200 dollars.
