Not sure why someone thinks that this apartment complex was loud'!' My wife and I moved to Portland a few months ago and rented an apartment here while looking to purchase a home. The whole neighborhood is quiet, including the aparments. The neighboring apartments are also quiet. I'm also impressed with the Mountain Park Rec Center membership which is included with the rent. Though, it would be nice to opt out of the membership for a few bucks off the rent...for those that already have a membership to another gym.
