Yes,it's a fine location for Lewis and Clark law students, but after the apartment changed company hands and I moved out, I was "charged" for items that were "normal wear and tear." Under Oregon law, use of an apartment that is normal wear and tear should not result in charges. I was charged to re-paint the apartment and put in new blinds when neither of those items were damaged or changed by me. I was essentially charged for the next tenant's benefit because the new company wanted to fix up this aging apartment complex. These charges were not properly assessed according to my lease. All I can say is, write down EVERY SINGLE flaw when you do your initial walk-thru because otherwise you WILL get charged for it at move-out. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
