When I first moved into these apartments they seemed great. Everything about them. I've been here a year, but i am starting to notice a lot of bad aspects of the place not to mention the new management. The new manager is very unfriendly and is not helpful. The apartments are falling apart badly. All the decks tilt, and the concrete flooring on them is cracked and crumbling away. The siding and deck railings and rooves are rotting so bad that you can pick off the wood. At the moment they are trying to update things, but there being really inconsiderate about it. The other day I came home to a message which said they were power washing all the decks and and I have 2 day's to get everything off of the deck. In another 2 weeks they are going to paint the buildings (magenta/red..gross!) which means I will need to keep everything off of the deck until they are done. My plants are not going to be very happy! One last thing is that since they are making a few updates, they have felt the need to raise everyone's rent. My rent is being raised $70.
