My family of three has lived at The Ridge for about six months now and love it. The apartments were freshly painted when we moved in and many of the issues mentioned by previous reviewers were fixed at that time. Although they are older and dated in some ways the fact that they are in such good condition shows the level of care taken by the management.

The only problem we have encountered has been a yellow jacket nest above our porch. The manager was friendly and got the problem fixed despite issues with their regular exterminator.

The number of things included with the rent makes The Ridge at Mountain Park the best deal we could find in the Portland area. That fact that it is located in Lake Oswego is a nice bonus.
