I Miss This Place

My husband and I moved out of The Ridge in February 2009 because the rates were high for a one-bedroom. I believe they've since lowered rent. This place was very nice, and we sometimes kick ourselves that we moved out. Kitchen was a bit cheap, and the floors were almost sticky and impossible to clean (same as bathroom floors) - Without hiring a pro, it was impossible for us to get the place back to move-in condition, and we cleaned all the time.
Downsides are loud leaf-blowing that seemed to happen only before noon, ridiculously loud and done even when there weren't many leaves outside. They also posted notices fairly often (for little updates and reminders) - not very eco-friendly, although they did offer recycling, which is a big plus!
Nice place, no problems with neighbors, loved the pool. A bit far out from shopping and socializing, which can make it a little lonely if you're home a lot, but the units are nice and fireplaces, washer & dryers are great.
