Rundown Landscaping!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
We moved in about 9 months ago and the landscaping was decent, but since that time we have seen a decline in the maintainance of the property. The grass is bare and the bushes are overgrown. We have contacted management about the situation and nothing has changed.
