Old, run-down, and way too expensive!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
The apartment is tiny, the appliances are from the 80's, and I can hear my neighbor going to the bathroom every morning! I was promised so much but was actually given very little. I can get a brand new apartment next door for like $100 less and they actually pay for all utilities unlike here. I will be moving out at the end of my lease as well as a lot of other people around here will be doing.
