I just moved in last month. This is the first place that I have lived that has really friendly neighbors who take care of their balconies and patios like they have lived here a long time. The grounds are beautiful and people put out flowers and really decorate their outdoor space like it is a condo. Tellaricos across the street has the best take out food and coffee in Lake Oswego. I love the neighborhood.
