I moved out about 2 months ago after living at Westlake for 4 years. Management doesn't care about their residents anymore and puts on a fake smile every time you try to bring something to their attention. This is not a pet-friendly complex at all, they were always giving dog owners a hard time. The landscaping is a mud pit at best and the garbage is never picked up and is always overflowing, especially on weekends. I would recommend anyone wanting to move to Lake Oswego to look somewhere else with a lot nicer management and facilities. The property owner is all talk and no action!!!
