I have lived here for two years in a couple different apartments. It;s a nice neighborhood close to the freeway. The complex itself is clean and the grounds are really well maintained. In my first unit I had some issues with it being a little drafty from some of loft windows, the maintenance took care of that. I moved to a smaller one to downsize and was really pleased with the effort they took in getting it ready. They even asked my input on accent wall color which is a first in my renting experience! The staff will accomodate what you ask which is also nice. They'll actually remember your name and where you live. Was pretty irritating to be asked who I was by my old complex every time I walked into the office. There is pretty consistant group of neighbors,from the ones I met seem pretty nice. I wish the complex paid utilities but other than that, pretty happy here.
