My husband and I have just signed our second year lease. We love Westlake Meadows. It's quiet, clean, and the layout is very creative...it feels like a townhouse rather than an apartment. The ceilings are high and the loft is a great place for an office. The pool area is good. The party room has a big screen TV and a kitchen. We've rented it for parties and it's next to the pool so it has nice atmosphere. Some of the things are very cheap, though. The only complaints I have is in the paint job - which is sloppy and the carpet - which is cheap. The refrigerator and stove are functional but cheap looking. Also, the counters could be nicer. I hear they are redecorating the units to have better quality appliances and higher quality carpet, fixtures and counters. We love living here. The staff is pretty nice - except for one person. They have always responded quickly and efficiently to any problems. They also try to have parties and other social activities but people pretty much keep to themselves.
