I was all set to be a resident of this community but the assistant manager screwed up and I was left without a place to live.
She was condescending, rude and disorganized. I have never been treated to worse customer service in my life. Once she realized her mistake, she made a resentful attempt to make it right, but it was way past too late.
The management and their attitudes are ridiculous.
