Redecorated Mediocrity Nice location but poor apts. The lack of insulation, lack of sound deadening, and the original drafty sliding doors really expose the units to unwanted noise and temperature extremes. These buildings were remodeled for cost savings without regard to quality.

No construction noises now! I have lived here for quite some time and love the feeling of being a resident, not just another tenant. It is a COMMUNITY! Although last summer and fall construction on condos behind pool area was very noisy, that is over (thank heavens) and everything is quiet
