I lived in the Lincoln Woods for 2 years ... It was a great place until they got a new landlord .... this guy is a perv so watch it girls .... He has approached several women living here including me .... the police won't help you because he is apparently friends with them .. He's also got the owners fooled too ... He thinks this place is his own little kingdom ... He is on drugs ... He is very nasty ... If they got rid of the Landlord the place would be great .. but until then all I can say is keep your doors locked .. Keep your kids close ... and keep your eyes open ...

In this paticular case the x-tenant in question was evicted after accusing the manager of sexual harrasment to get something she wanted. After a full month long police investigation a witness came foreward who heard the person in question state she would have him fired for sexuall harrasment if he didn't let someone move back in with her. The police cleared him of the accusation and she was evicted.

WRONG !!! The tenant was not evicted ... she moved out on her own and it had nothing to do with the landlord or the complaint ... this tenent kept what the landlord did to her quiet for a year until another person told her about what was happening to herself and asked if she would come forward and please help get his landlord out of the complex .. The person or witness who you say stepped forward was also one of the girls the landlord came on to and she was afraid for her and her daughter and was trying to portect herself ... I still talk to this so called witness daily and she and I have talked about maybe bringing what happened at the complex to the owners attention again ... This landlord was only cleared because things were stopped because the witness was afraid for herself and her daughter and we decided to drop everything ...

I think that tenant is only giving a bad review because she had her own vendetta against the manager of the complex. If she lived her for 2 years and the manager has been here for 5 years how can she say that it was a new manager. The problem seems to be the tenant and not the manager. I have lived here long enough to get to know the manager in question and he is the farthest thing from being a prev. as the former tenant states. He is a very fair and just landlord who likes to keep things running smoothly at this complex. He has made some beautiful changes to the landscape, treats all tenants fairly, and makes sure that things that need attention in tenants apartments are done quickly and efficiently.
