We have been here a year and so ready to move, the apartment and the grounds are really nice but the people above us are so noisy and loud, you hear every foot step and they don't try to walk quite. They let their kids run up and down the hall and they are up all night. We have complained to the manager but nothing seems to get resoloved. Unless you are hard of hearing or just inconsiderate renter, I suggest this is not the place for you! As for ciggaretts
