This place is extremely noisey, super loud people upstairs, horrible sound insulation. You can hear every footstep, floors squeek, flushing toilets sound like a waterfall, dogs barking all day. The grass on the grounds is dying because they dont water it because they are trying to conserve money. Unprofessional management. Rugs badly stained, not painted after last renters. A long list of things needing repaired. Upstairs renters drop all there cigarettes onto your patio area. Dont get suckered in to this place. THEY SUCK!!!!!!! This is by far the worst apartment we have ever lived in.

I lived here a few years ago and had same experience. The noise was the worst ... from dogs, parking lot, upstairs neighbors. People before had pets and there were fleas outside and inside the apartment.
