The units are okay. The fixtures/appliances are extremely old, but do work. Managment is very rude, and maintenance enters your unit without any notice. The maintenace work entered my unit while I was showering and when I came out I was very frightened, and later embarassed. Management was not appologetic. Violence was extremely prevelant in this complex with numerous visits from law enforcement to document vandalism, domestic violence at other units, as well as a break-in at my unit. I have since moved out. If you are looking for an apartment in this area, I would recommend a unit on a better street, and with a different management company.
