Lived in these apartments for only two months. There is little insulation between apartments so you can hear every word your neighbors say. This was a problem being upstairs and having the people below us constantly banging on their walls at us for talking "too loudly". The grounds were not kept up, lots of trash in the parking lot. It took weeks to have a light bulb replaced on our stairway, which was left completely in the dark at night. Just not a safe feeling being there. I would not recommend it at all.
