I lived here for 2 years with a busted toilette the entire time. The carpet was not replaced when I moved in and smelled of dog the instant I walked in. When I would walk through the living room the entire place would shake. The floors are very weak. The counters in my apartment were original from the 1970's, and the linoleum looked that way too.

The creek running through the grounds is a huge safety hazard. The fence blocking it is falling over and there is still access to it. The majority of the parents there do not watch their kids. We saw on more than one occasion 5 year olds chasing cars and climbing in the mail boxes.

The kids have to walk to school on blind corners with no sidewalks and in many places no shoulder to the road.

Make sure you keep everything locked, the coffee stand across the street was robbed 4 times in the time we lived there.

Current management is very friendly, but over extended. They manage 2 properties so it can be hit or miss trying to get them.

Seriously, take a little extra time and look a little harder for a place to live. You can do better.
