Lived here for almost two years because I'm a poor college student and couldn't afford to move. Fortunetly I am!! Never felt safe being here alone. Lived in a two-story townhome and the upstairs bathtub leaked for the entire two years into our downstairs living room!! Even after three maintenence requests, it was never fixed. The hot water never worked, either. I've taken two minute showers for about two years! Requests for that to be fixed was also ignored. The kitchen linoleum is gross and so are the 30 year old countertops. AC is old and doesn't work. The neighbors are loud. Police are frequently called for domestic fights. An obvious drug dealer lived two doors down for a few months. Construction on Barnett Rd. was also just too noisy at all hours of the night. Just not a good place to come home to. Glad to be out!
