Safety I have been a tenant for about 6 years and recently I had my license plates stolen off of my car and another tenant had her car stolen when it was parked in the visitor parking area. There is no security patrol or surveillance or anything. You park your car any where on this property whether

The central heat and A/C via heat pump is efficient.
Powerful garbage disposal.
Washer/Dryer in apartment is helpful.
Has clean bathrooms and kitchen.
Assigned carport and plenty of visitor parking is good.
Could use more or better lighting on

Worst place I have ever had to live! Rampant drugs and crime. Violent and drug-addicted neighbors. Management doesn't allow children to play outside! Management makes promises they later refuse to keep. Police out very often. Terrible place for children to live.

RUN BY CROOKS Please avoid this place at all costs. If there is any issue or concern you may have, management's answer is to hand you a 30-day "no cause" notice to move out. I've been warned that management here is spineless, wish I would have listened.
