Oh my god From: the13thdragon2000@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 1 response   The one main thing is the damn mold this is my first time ever dealing with this crap and it is horrible. When I first came here there is mold all over the frames of the windows and the sliding door I had no idea what i was in for I had never delt with this before. I had a roommate and because he was being affected health wise he had to leave. I had the people who are supposed to fix things come out about 5 times to clean up the mold and that was a joke...The stuff just keeps coming back after a couple of days. The ceiling leaks on me when I use the toilet even if it is not raining outside still can't figure out that one. because I have scrubbed the bath tub so much the calking is chipping and cracking I have never had cockroaches in any of the apt i have had and here i have them I am constantly finding them on the counters and smashing them. The mold gets so bad at times you can smell it in the air. My front door is crocked just enough to wear it destroys the locking mechanism in the dead bolt and I have purchased 3 sets of door knobs and dead-bolts the bathroom and bed room doors jammed on me and I have to now replace them. all in all this place is old and I now know what to look for when dealing with theses things I do not recommend living here especially since they are going to hike up the rent. some of the units here are worse then others. This has got to be one of the most horrid places I have ever lived....in a couple of weeks I will be out of here THANK GOD FINALLY.
