Just moved in. It's great that they allow cats and dogs, but that pet deposit will get you! I paid $325 for the security deposit plus $230 in non-refundable fees and then rent was on top of that. (Which is $545 a month - for a 1 bed, 1 bath.)However, they charge for a carport - so they factor that into the rent for and additional $15 a month & they also make you pay a flat rate for cable ($20) so that brings rent to $580 a month.

The grounds are beautiful! Generally quite (except for the upstairs neighbor's - they walk extremely heavy all hours of the day - mostly night.)I really enjoy the year round hot tub and the fitness room is always nice and kept up. Also, the mail boxes are lit and covered by a roof (no more soggy mail for me like at my last place.) I also like that it's location is great for most everything I need: Post office just a couple blocks away, Rex Putnam High School is just the next street down, it's right on the bus line towards Portland or Oregon City and I can walk to work (lots of business on McLoughlin Blvd.)

The floor plan is great, really makes it feel like a home. LARGE bedroom, LARGE bathroom, Large kitchen with and amazing amout of cupboard space, there is actually enough room for a decent sized dinning room table, good sized hall way with plenty of room for hang pictures and whatnots and the living room is not to shabby either. I enjoy the patio & extra storage I have!

The only other complaint on my end is the location of the laundryroom and the trash - they are on opposite ends of the complex, and I'm located right in the middle. (The location of the laundry room won't affect you if you have a two bedroom - they have their own washers and dryers.

Oh, and as far as I can tell (havn't been here during a good wind storm yet) the windows are sealed well and actually keep drafts out.
