My husband and I are moving to Milwaukie and have done an exhaustive review of rental properties in the area. We have researched and visited at least nine apartment communities and Chesapeake Point outshines any of the others. These courtyard style apartments are well laid out with privacy in mind as the back of the apartments face well maintained parking spaces and carports. We have visited three times and the property was always clean, well tended, and peaceful. The poot and hot tub are lovely. There was always visitor parking available. The landscaping is mature, well kept, and designed with privacy in mind. These apartments offer some of the largest square footages in the area with well designed floor plans. The cabintry in the kitchens are upscale, and all the appliances are late model. Overall, the workmanship in these units far surpasses any we have seen in Milwaukie. We only wish there wasn't such a wait for a first floor apartment. As anyone familiar with apartment complex life knows, the property makes all the difference and this a beautifull and clearly well managed complex. Although we are not yet tenants, we are writing this review in hopes of saving new home seekers the exhaustive search we have undergone.
