I lived in that apartment complex for two months while I took care of a small dog for a new mother while she was becoming used to her child. I was evicted from the property because of the dog being insdie a kennel for a few hours of a day, it never stayed overnight. I was harrassed by maintenence all the time about dog dropping that were not mine. AFter the move out, I was charged for rent when I was not living there, and the managers couldnt and still cannot come up with the eviction letter. Upon eviction, the client (myself) has to vacate the unit, rules are rules so I moved. Rent was due on the 5th, a 72 hour notice should then be placed on anyones door after rent is late, that would take it to the 8th of the month. They didnt "notice" that I was moved out untl the 13th of the month. For a small complex that is very strange. I find this area to be very unorganized and very unprofessional.
