nice grounds, the apt itself was nice. the carpet must be some kind of stain resistant carpeting because our little dog had a couple accidents but you would never know. the countertops were great, didnt stain or peel or chip. the floors were good also. anytime we had an issue the maintenence guy would be there the same day, withing the hour in most cases. (never had an emergency at night though)the staff is professional and helpful. allthough their prices are going up, they are a little spendy but if you can afford the extra money its worth it. also, the deposit was very high, we needed a co-signer. but if you have really good rental history you may get away with a cheaper deposit.

for the most part it is a quiet complex, but our neighbors above us did get noisy. it was never annoying enough to render a complaint. i felt very safe here, walked my dog at night most of the time, also walked to the 7-11 without feeling threatened.

parking is good, there is just one assigned spot and you can rent a garage for $50. but you can park on the street for free and we always found a spot. plus its a side street, we never heard of or saw any break-in's while we were there. (6 months)

overall its a nice place i would move back to when i can afford it.
