Would not recomend living at Chesapeake

I lived here for two years and when I first moved in it was ok at best. The manager was ok and the maintenance guy was the best. I never had to wait more than a couple of hours for him to fix the issue once it was reported. But during our snow storm they fired and evicted him only giving him two days to move himself and his family out while we had over a foot of snow on the ground! The new manager tries really hard to fix issues but it seems like he has issues of his own. His friends that hang out all the time have sores all over and there teeth are rotten like a meth user. There is definetely some wierd stuff going on here with manager and his friends that always hang out. The pool and hot tub were closed down at the same time, and it just so happened that the pool was closed during the 100 plus degree weather we had and that took them a week and a half to fix. They told us of several places we could go and stay cool and all of which cost money to use. They also said that they would not reimburse the cost or give any rental credits. The maintenance guy now is nice but is not even half as good as the one they let go. I would tell more about my experience here but I want to remain anonymous.
