This is the greatest apartment complex I've ever lived in. Owners and managers are tops. They are very responsive to any request and are always friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained. If I were not moving out of state, I would never leave this place.

Sorry, but I find this and all the other reviews hard to believe. It sounds like they were written by management or staff with a perfect 5 rating by all. Plus, I have driven by this place many times and it doesn't look that attractive from the main road. It looks like older buildings, nothing special.

An obvious crock. I've heard, let us say, less than stellar things about these apartments. Hey Management: I know you aren't the brightest bulbs in the overhead lights, but mix in a few 3's and 4's, just to humor us. You wouldn't have 18 perfect reviews for the Ritz, fer chriss'ake..

I am not associated with management at all and I wrote a review of this complex. The best part about these apts is that you cannot tell from driving down Lake Road that they are there or what they really look like. You can see that the grounds are well maintained. I lived there for 3 & 1/2 years and would honestly recommend it to anyone. I had a garden every summer during my tenancy and that made the apts even more special. My apt. looked out over a creek and wetlands which gave it a very peaceful feel. I am a previous tennant and can honestly say this is the nicest apt. complex I have ever lived in and if any problems they took care of things right away.
