My name is Drew I am an actual tenant and this has been my experience at Chestnut Place Apartments.

What a wonderful place to live!!! Great Management and Staff. They have a gardener that actually gardens...8 days a week 25 hours a day. Super place for anyone seeking SECURITY, SERENITY, in a GARDEN STATE. Pool is well maintained, they provide a place to wash your car, a huge gardening area, huge open grass spaces, tranquil walking path paralleling a creek and so much more. Everytime I called maintenance they RUSHED someone right over!!! My wife and I lock our doors but it's a place where you don't have to! The only reason we are moving is our family is coming together to live multi generationally and more space is needed.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CARING AND WONDERFUL BEINGS. They deserve good tenants.

If you're a good person and can add to the pleasant atmosphere of this calming complex, by ALL means... this is the place for you.
