Im a resident here over a year now and I found the place clean, peaceful, safe, and accessible to the shops, the city via 99E/MLK, and the I-205. Neighbors have been respectful of one another. Moreover, the management is attentive and prompt at addressing issues with residence, keeps the whole complex well kept. Im pleased to stay hear and highly recommend to single people and families, young and mature alike.
