Very nice apartments, with spacious units compared to others I've seen. There is plenty of parking, and I never had any security issues or problems with neighbors. The complex is very well cared for and quiet, and the office staff is on top of everything and ready to help! It's also pretty conveniently located to downtown and Clackamas town center. I'd recommend it!

But if you ever need major repairs, don't count on them. I went three years without the air conditioning although I was paying for it. It was reported numerous times. The managers are great but they report to someone else for those things. My refrigerator was recalled. It sounded like a plane taking off at 5am and didn't seal so mildoew grew on the rubber. The unloaded a truckload of replacements but never replaced mine. I was charged for it not being clean (the mildew in the rubber) when I left. Don't count on your refund back. 2 of us mopped all the floors and were still charged for someone else to clean them. It was 103 in the apartment when we were moving because the air cond didn't work and I had heard that after 3 yrs of asking for the stained and torn carpet to be replaced that it was going to be. I left a note saying due to the heat I was not shampooing since it was being replaced and was charged a HUGE amt for shampooing. The apts nice and mgrs nice but.........
