to anyone who can't afford a newer place with washer and dryer. Looked for a long time and found this place which seems by far the best value for your dollar that I came across. Grounds are very well maintained, staff is friendly and professional, maintenance prompt. Got a 1 bedroom for $599 with new carpet and other updates, good location, remarkably quiet considering the size, neighbors are normal and nice,laundy rooms close, always open, always clean, new flooring there too, no parking problems for me.
